I know everyone has seen the “older” type fire extinguishers. They have been around for a long time and are still everywhere in stores, churches, businesses. They are lifesavers. These new type look like paint cans and are the same size and work the same way. Cost is low as well. They should be easy for anyone to use and due to size can be put in cars, on tractors, any small space. I even purchased for my 89 year old mother. Instead of buying the older style or having old extinguishers refurbished, I’m buying these for personal use. Be aware they do have an expiration date but given low cost, just toss and replace.

I replaced my old and bulky(with less coverage) units with these units with intent to become more safe.

With only a little room in our kitchen, this fire extinguisher fits a tight space but is still east to grab and use when necessary. It’s A B C rated for small household fires
