Sadly I had a zipper break. It happened to be the main pocket zipper so just safety pinning it closed wasn’t an option. I contacted customer service and honestly couldn’t have gotten better service if I begged for it. They answered my email(s) in under 12 hours each time I had a question. They lived up to their guarantee and sent me a new bag plus the tracking number ASAP. I will continue to buy as long as you guys continue to sell stuff! Keep up the good work and thank you for your top tier customer service!

This backpack was wonderful for traveling. I used it as my personal item
