This hose reel was an excellent purchase for me.

but it’s 7ft shorter than one of my other retractable units. I already had a couple of other reels but I have a very large garden space and these tools are a nice way to keep your hoses tidy. This one is going on my front porch, which is also quite spacious. . The plastic housing on this unit is a lot thinner than my others. While I know it’s not the same brand, I still want to be extra careful with this one, it feels just a little more brittle.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hose reel. I can’t offer any suggestions on how to improve this product, and that almost never happens. And it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Buy one and enjoy.
